Terms & Policies

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your spot in class.
Payment is due upon acceptance of your registration quote and receipt of invoice.
Enrollment is first-come, first-served and is not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available if you cancel more than 7 days before your class start date.
No refunds will be issued once class is in session.
We understand that extraordinary life circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend more than half of your session due to a serious, unforeseen event, we’re happy to offer your next class with us at 50% reduced tuition.
Requests for this courtesy must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Attendance & Missed Classes

Your registration is for a specific class and session. We do not offer refunds, credits, or makeup classes for missed sessions.
Consistent attendance is encouraged to ensure the best learning experience for you and your classmates.

4. Code of Conduct

The Actor Lab is a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, toward instructors, classmates, or staff, may result in removal from class without refund.
By registering, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and support the integrity of the learning space.

5. Media Release

We may photograph or record portions of classes or performances for promotional use (e.g., website, social media, or future marketing).
By registering, you grant The Actor Lab permission to use your image, voice, and likeness unless you request otherwise in writing before the start of class.

6. Liability Waiver

Acting classes may involve physical movement and emotional exploration. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.
The Actor Lab and its instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during your participation in our classes.

7. Adults-Only Policy

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
