about
The Actor Lab is an acting school founded by industry veterans Milton Justice & Patrick Quagliano, and producer Walker Vreeland who contribute decades of combined experience to the institution. We focus exclusively on fundamental acting techniques, script analysis, characterization, and practical scene work in a supportive yet challenging environment.
Unlike other acting programs, The Actor Lab emphasizes personalized guidance and honest feedback rather than vague instruction. We interview all prospective students to ensure a community of passionate, like-minded artists dedicated to the craft. Our teaching philosophy views acting as a lifelong pursuit where growth as an actor parallels growth as a human being.
Classes offer professional actors a space to reconnect with their craft, receive individualized attention, and develop concrete processes that build confidence in their work. We aim to fill critical gaps in contemporary actor training by creating an environment where artists can rediscover their passion while meeting high standards of traditional excellence.
We believe that the actor never arrives. The craft of acting is a lifelong pursuit of further depth and understanding of the human condition.
We know that growth as an actor and growth as a human being is synonymous.
